    Event Registration

    ​By registering for the Healthy Roots & Clean Boots Event hosted by the Swift County Soil & Water Conservation District, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
    1. Assumption of Risk: Participation in this event involves outdoor activities that may include uneven terrain, variable weather conditions, and exposure to natural elements. Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
    2. Liability Waiver: Swift County Soil & Water Conservation District, its staff, partners, sponsors, and volunteers are not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to persons or property that may occur as a result of participation in this event.
    3. Health & Safety Compliance: Participants agree to follow all safety instructions provided by event organizers and to exercise appropriate caution during all activities. If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to contagious illnesses prior to the event, we ask that you refrain from attending.
    4. Photography & Media Release: By attending, you grant permission for photos and videos taken during the event to be used for promotional, educational, or informational purposes by Swift County Soil & Water Conservation District and its partners, without compensation or further approval.
    5. Event Modifications: The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, location, or format of the event as necessary, including cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified promptly of any significant changes.
    6. Personal Belongings: Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. Swift County Soil & Water Conservation District will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items (including vehicles).
    7. No Smoking, Vaping, or Alcohol Consumption: Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited at the Event, including all indoor and outdoor areas of the venue and field locations. Participants agree to refrain from such activities for the duration of the Event.
    8. Pets and Service Animals: For the safety and comfort of all attendees, pets and companion animals are not permitted at the Event. Only service animals individually trained to perform tasks for an individual with a disability, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), are allowed. Service animals must remain under control at all times.
