Swift SWCD is accepting applications for our Finance & Outreach Coordinator.

Position Purpose:

The Finance & Outreach Coordinator plays a central role in ensuring the effective fiscal operation of the Swift County Soil & Water Conservation District. This position is responsible for managing the District’s financial systems, payroll, grant reporting, and compliance reporting, while also supporting the Board of Supervisors with meeting preparation and recordkeeping. Additionally, the Finance & Outreach Coordinator serves as the primary lead for community outreach and event coordination, including educational programming, conservation events, and public communications. By combining strong organizational, financial, and communication skills, this position ensures both the internal efficiency of the District and its visibility and connection with the public. This position will report to the District Manager.
